All of these towns are along the Naugatuck and Housatonic Rivers, and there is even a brewery named after the towns called BAD SONS. Each towns first letter of their name is how this was comprised.

Being open since 1935, this restaurant has been a staple in the Lower Naugatuck Valley. With scrumptious pizza, lobster ravioli and many more Italian cuisines, along with the layout and appearance of this place being old-school, this is a must-try experience.

Another local favorite for the Beacon Falls community is the free concerts during the summer, put together by the Beacon Falls Park & Recreation. Having multiple free concerts a year for the community is a great way to hang out with family and friends.  Also, it is a great chance to get to meet new people. With different styles of music at each concert, it appeals to a broader demographic of people. This allows more members of the town to be active with local events.

In the year 2000, the Lower Naugatuck Valley was awarded the All-America City Winners (collectively).
