Do you offer discounts?
A-1 Self Storage presents a number of storage discounts for our tenants. You and a friend can each receive $50 off your next storage rental when you use our refer-a-friend discount. Customers ages 65+ can receive our Senior Discount of 5% off monthly. And active duty military members can receive 10% off monthly. We thank you for your service! What storage unit size do I need to rent?
Our online storage calculator is a convenient tool for estimating the amount of rental space you need. Mark off on the list the items you are looking to store, and the calculator will use its approximate measurements for those items to determine the proper storage unit size for you. That right storage unit size will be large enough to hold all your belongings—plus some wiggle room for moving items around and organizing. How can I pay my storage bill online?
If you look at the top of the A-1 Self Storage website, you will see a button that says “Pay Bill.” Click there to log into your account and manage your storage units. To pay this month’s bill, clock the storage unit in your account. There is also an option to prepay for your upcoming month.
How can I reach someone after hours?
Urgent messages are still directed to our storage office’s phone number: (203) 729-2100. Just press “1” to speak with a representative. When you have an after-hours question that is not urgent, you can email us at info@a1beaconfallsselfstorage.com, and our staff members will get back to as soon as they are able.
Does renting with A-1 Self Storage require a protection plan?
Yes. You need a protection plan when renting with A-1 Self Storage. If you do not have one of your own, you can purchase one while check out your storage rental. If you do have one of your own, we need you to send in proof of your protection plan ASAP when renting storage.
Do you sell locks and other storage supplies?

Yes. With our contactless storage rentals, you can complete your rental in a few clicks and move in your items right after. After your storage rental is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with information about your storage unit and accessing the storage facility.
