Holiday Partnership to Benefit Beacon Falls CT Families

This holiday season, a lot of families are going to need help. COVID-19 has economic hardship across the country, and The Salvation Army is anticipating to serve 155% more people than normal. A-1 Self Storage has partnered with The Salvation Army to accept donations to go toward holiday financial assistance for Beacon Falls CT families. Come by our office on South Main Street to donate!

Celebrate the Holidays by Helping Your Beacon Falls CT Neighbors

The pandemic has caused businesses to shut down and unemployment rates to rise. The Salvation Army is expecting a 50% decrease in donations collected from their red kettle programs, and they need more help than ever to fundraise the money necessary to provide people with Christmas assistance. More people are shopping online instead of in stores, and fewer people carry cash to drop in the kettles.

Money donated at A-1 Self Storage’s office on South Main Street will go directly toward resources for Beacon Falls CT families in financial distress. It helps families pay off their bills and buy groceries. Also, it funds food banks and meal services. The Salvation Army in Connecticut has already distributed about 2 million meals so far this year.

The next time you pass by our facility on South Main Street, stop in to make a holiday donation to help your Beacon Falls CT community!
